HDPE Single-Blade Silent Drainage Pipe (also commonly referred to as a single-blade or single-helix HDPE silent pipe) is a new type of plastic piping material designed for building drainage systems. The pipe features an integrally molded single helical blade and a single guide rib on the inner wall. As a typical HDPE structured-wall pipe, it is mainly used in indoor building drainage applications, especially in high-rise buildings and environments with strict noise control requirements.
This pipe effectively addresses the noise problems caused by water flow impact in conventional drainage pipes. Its swirling drainage structure reduces pressure fluctuations within vertical drainage stacks in high-rise buildings, helping to prevent water hammer and significantly improving overall system stability.
